In 2017 we are launching the exciting new Wilson Teis small business mentoring service: Your Biz-Dev Program.

Over the years we’ve worked with hundreds of clients so we know the common issues they face every day. And we’re experienced in helping them successfully tackle those issues.

Your Biz-Dev Program is a highly personalised small business mentoring service that lets us share that knowledge and experience so more clients can improve their profitability and build better businesses.

Your Biz-Dev Program will bring together a small, friendly and importantly non-competing group of up to six clients once a month to share issues, ideas and solutions to common business problems.

You also get access to the wealth of knowledge and experience Mike and Coral have built up through years of successfully helping clients deal with the same issues you face today.

Your Biz-Dev Program will be facilitated by Mike and Coral and for a great introductory offer of $450 (including GST) you get:

• A monthly round table meeting with a small group of likeminded business people
• Access to expert advice and guidance from Mike and Coral each month during the meeting
• Access to their collective knowledge from working with hundreds of other businesses
• A fresh perspective and new ideas from both Mike and Coral, and other group members
• Mike and Coral listening to your opportunities and challenges and providing a valuable sounding board
• Mike and Coral helping you look at the bigger picture and work towards achieving set goals
• Help identifying problems early and developing robust solutions to address them
• Mike and Coral working with you to develop clear actions to achieve your goals
• Mike and Coral holding members accountable for taking action to achieve goals
• A focus on building your high performance business
• Additional post-group meeting phone and email support from Mike and Coral

All you need to do to take advantage of this great initiative is:

• Commit to three hours a month for six months (7:30am-10:30am)
• Pay the introductory fee of $450 including GST per month via direct debit
